Unfortunately, every year, people need to withdraw from the trip due to unforeseen health or other issues. We strongly encourage everyone to get some type of travel/trip protection that would help recover your non-refundable payments. Our Safe Travels Voyager program Covers trip cancellation from $0 up to $100,000 and includes $250,000 Primary Medical with coverage for Pre-Existing Medical conditions on plans purchased prior to or with final trip payment. $2000 Trip Delay includes lodging expenses. The optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) provides reimbursement for the percentage of the prepaid, non-refundable, forfeited payments you paid for your trip, if you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered. CFAR Must be purchased with initial policy and within 21 days of the initial trip deposit date, and the full, nonrefundable trip cost is insured. Specifically for US Citizens/US Residents while traveling with Tennis Ventures.

By signing up to the wait-list for this trip it will requires a $1,500 (per person) deposit. If you are not cleared from the wait-list to go on the trip then the entire deposit will be refunded. If space opens up, we will notify you by email. Your remaining balance owed will be split into equal monthly installments and your first monthly payment will be charged to the card we have on file on that same day. You will have three days from the time the email notification is sent to let us know you can no longer go on the trip at which time all deposits and payments will be refunded to you. After the third day, your initial deposit will be non-refundable and the standard terms and conditions of the trip will apply.
